Shawn is one of our most dedicated team members and comes to us with over 15 years experience in design, management, and marketing experience. His influence and foresight have already greatly improved our design department with innovative changes in both planning and design implementation. Shawn is a natural leader and his vision is changing the way we do business at McWire Electric.
In his spare time you will find Shawn watching movies like Braveheart, Shawshank redemption and to get his day going he powers up with Starbucks and a healthy serving of get it done attitude. Shawn is most happy when he is working with his team, mentoring them and providing the direction to lead them to victory. He knows there is no "I" and team and is always putting his team first no matter what! Shawn believes in a very Candid approach to business and will tell you exactly where he stands on any issue. While providing the right direction, right tools, and having the right people he believes anything is possible.
Thomas comes to us from the finance sector. His insight into the sales world has become a great resource for McWire. Thomas has years of experience in firms both large and small and believes that the customer always comes first. He is an amazing people person and has a way of making friends no matter where he goes.
Thomas's favorite play is Death of a Salesman written by American playwright Arthur Mille and his favorite quote is Show Me The Money - Jerry McGuire and "It's a Home Run". When Thomas is not busy running the sales department he likes to spend time with his family and watching the chargers.
Krista "The Glue" Christensen has a wide range of experience and expertise in multiple fields of customer service and office management. She keeps McWire running like a well-oiled machine while providing a turnkey solution to our project management. Krista's unique personality and tenacity are what make her one of the most valued team members at McWire. She has the uncanny ability to bring smiles to everyone face yet smack them in place when needed. No one ever minds because of her firm yet gentle hand.
Krista is a loving wife and avid proponent of Maine, her home state. Krista is always known for her healthy diet and iron clad will power. In her spare time she loves making bread and bringing treats to her coworkers like the maple syrup from Maine when she was on vacation. Thanks Krista that was great!
Diane is the "Mother Goose" and is one of the most "Wicked Awesome" members of our team, she a critical part of the office and is loved by all. She keeps us on target and brings out the best in us all. You will notice right away that she loves to smile and can hear it in her voice over the phone. Diane is the go to person when it comes to getting things moving. She is always there to help out and get a project to completion.
Diane loves a great restaurant and is never afraid to try something new! If you want to eat out just ask her and she will have a great recommendation for you. She likes long walks on the beach and loves to share our great San Diego weather with her family back east!
